We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use Ember Reader for your personal, non-commercial use on mobile devices that you own or control.

You are responsible for the content you import into the application. You must ensure that you have the right to use and read any books or documents you import into the application.
You agree not to use Ember Reader for any illegal or unauthorized purposes or in a manner that violates any laws in your jurisdiction.

The Ember Reader name, logo, application design, and original features are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These remain the exclusive property of the Ember Reader developers.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Ember Reader may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ember Reader is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the application. Your use of the application is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ember Reader or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
